A Brand New Year

Well, it's the start of a brand new year......Is this going to be the year?? I'm going to work hard to make it so! What am I talking about? Getting healthy, losing weight, workout and become stronger. I truly want this to be a NEW AND BETTER year. Ok, Laurie......make it so!! With the help of family and friends, Terry and I both are going to participate in our family's version of the Biggest Loser! We have quite a few family and friends giving this their best shot.
